practice so you build up muscle but if your only using the one arm it will get stronger and may be noticable

depends on what for. i took karate for 5 years if you want to increase hand speed and coordination. learn to juggle. not a joke. it teaches you how to react to more than one thing at a time and also makes better use of your peripheral vision. after 2 weeks of doing this you'll start to notice. if you have trouble as i do start with plastic bags because it takes them longer to hit the ground.

PRAAAACTISEEEEEEE is the only way
You have to practise do hand excersises...u cud try the 4 line book as an aid as well
