No, what is the need of that? The answers people give on this website are based on a matter of opinion, experience and knowledge. Its actually good that there is a website like this because alot of the daily dilemmas we have can't be answered by research made in search engines and its just too hard and could be costly to find a person who can answer a specific question others cant.

Yeah, I know what you mean... But, no, they should be allowed to participate. It takes all kinds to make the world. They should be allowed to participate, for the same reason why every can and package in SHOULDN'T say "open here". People supposed to be able to figure it out. It is not good to incourage stupidity and poor judgement.
