Ugly people talk about ugly people, cute people talk about ugly people, and cute people talk about cute people. People will always be talking, for various reasons which the vast majority of us here probably don't care about.

Well, I guess it would depend upon your definition of cute/ugly. Remember, beauty is in the eye of the beholder. For example, I might find you super attractive, but the next person could find you as ugly as homeade sin. It really depends upon who you talk to.

A recent scientific study found that women find different male faces attractive depending on where they are in their menstrual cycle.For example when a woman is ovlating she will prefer a man with a rugged masculine features....and when she is menstruating she prefers a man doused in petrol,set on fire, scissors in his eyes and a baseball bat rammed up his ahem!!!!!!

I think you have it backwards. It's people who think they are attractive who are the worst offenders -- degrading, deriding, and discussing people they think are less attractive. For example, I assume by this question that you think you are "cute" -- and yet you're the one talking about ugly people.
