A couple years ago I had a vivid dream about a friend of the family; someone I myself barely knew and hadn't seen in many years. So it was strange enough in itself to dream about her out of the blue like that. Then the next day while having lunch with my mom, she told me that the friend I'd just dreamt about died overnight.

How strange is that? Goes a long way to show we're all connected somehow, I think.

Odd that we remember the whacky dreams. I have no clue what this means and I am thinking it has great symbolism or is an augury to some things to come.
I dreamt I was in a strange place and it was an after life place. I do not know if I was dead in this place but I know that the other people where and some how they resented my presence there. The place/town was skewed in an out of time/sync sort of way. There was no color to this place but if you caught something from the corner of your eye you could see that it was once a beautiful place. The general atmosphere was drabby. The houses appeared abandoned but people were still "living" in them. There were no cars or autos of any type. The trees were old with the leaves dead but not lifeless in the sense that they looked like the trees in late fall which had leaves that had not fallen yet. There were flower beds but no flowers or vegetables growing. The lawns were singed crunchy brown. The air was cold and heavy with an incessant wind blowing. The wind never seemed to stop. It was not a hard wind just enough to annoy but not make a person want to not go outside.
I explored this new place and tried talking to some of the people but no one would talk to me. I explored to the "end of town" and found a place where once stepping there all the town buildings were mearly props. The fronts looked like real buildings but behind them they were held up by long wooden poles.
I walked to the left trying to find out where I was and how to get back to the land of the living. I found an old barn that was "real" for that place. Inside the barn were some animals. All were in very poor condition. There were 3 sheep, an old work horse which was grey, and some goats. All the animals were standing in manure and were extremely filthy. All had open sores and injuries that tore at my heart. I set about cleaning up the barn and treating the wounds on the animals. I just could not leave the animals without trying to relieve some of the misery they were in. The horse was the worst of them all. The hoofs were a mess and required extensive care. The side of its face was all beat up and severely infected emitting a very foul odor. It's sides had horrid gashes from either a whip or cruel spurs. It's whithers had callous scars from ill fitting tack. Each of the horse's wounds had maggots from flies. Looking into the horse's eyes I could see that the will to survive was no longer there. I do not know why I had to encourge it to live or why I would care either. But I did.
After what seemed like days the only color in the place was in the barn and the only real sounds (besides the incessant wind) came from the animals.
I do not know what happened once the animals were well only I know while in this dream land (LOL) was that I had to take care of the animals otherwise they would return to the state I found them in. I simply could not "live" with that idea. I woke up at the point that all the animals were finally healed and clean again. I have never forgotten that dream. Troubling eh?
I have always wondered if my dream was about what sort of hell I would be heading to and what was the meaning of the grey horse being the most battered of all the animals. Hmmmm...

I had this one dream where this dalmatian with Bill Clinton's head walked into the kitchen and drank blueberry daiquiries with my mom and I couldn't hear the whole conversation between them because she sent me outside to look for the two Greeks who lost the bottle of ouzo. And no, I wan't taking any medication at the time at all.

My eyeballs fell out, and I was trying to get them back into my head, but they kept going in backwards.

I also had a realistic dream of lots of Alien spacecrafts coming down from the skies at extreme speeds, they (white thin men who all looked the same with no expression) got out in matching tight red space suits, strong, robot like, and they were going into every home injecting us with something. Then we went to a military base. I was running, and not letting them see my eyes kept me from getting shot. Scary, and realistic.

i'm in a white room that seems endless. there is a door that is locked and I look through the keyhole but all I see is black on the other side of the door. I've had the same dream over and over and over for years.
