When the Unit Asks for the PIN Code, simply input the numbers 0937 on the remote control unit to gain access
and then change the PIN number to the desired number. (0937 will also gain access to any other model of Opentel receiver)
if this doesnt work u will need to contact the maker, provider of the service.

all tv's will have a service code which can be used to reset the user code ..Ring the manufacturer and ask....You may be forced to have an expensive service code so maybe find a forum and leave a question someone else may have the answer..

Normally there is code to put the TV back to its default / original state in the instruction manual .
