1 Find an excuse to get near her.
2 Then comment about whatever you're doing or something relevant. Eg at a party ask how she knows the host or whatever.
3 Introduce yourself
4 Continue the conversation
... and just follow your instincts. if it's going bad just back off. if all goes well you could score her number... or at least get aquainted.

be yourself. when i'm first meeting a guy i like it when i can tell he doesnt try to be someone hes not. also I like when he is a little out going but not too much so he is cocky and obnoxious.
