It's okay to do a little investigating in a non-stalker type of way. Find out what they're into. Finding some shared interests is the best way because you can then ask a question about it. If you both like the same band, ask if they went to that concert last week. If you're both into a certain type of book, ask if the last one that came out was any good. If you both like the same candy bar, bring the mini ones and ask, "Want one?"

observe wat he seems to b into ...(ie.type of music, clothing, or sports team) and then get sum info on it and start a convo there .. or if u guyz haf a class together or work together u can sorta say "iznt this class boring or wat " or make a comment abt the prof .. or the lameness of the job .. anything to get his attention!!
