You need to discuss this with a parent, grandparent, or trusted teacher. This could be a sign of depression or even maybe a medical problem. On the other hand, being 11 this day in age is tough, with all the pressures put on you by school, sports/activities, and peer pressure. Talk to someone, someone you trust. It maybe all tha you need is some reassurance and support.

Nothing is wrong with you. A lot of people go through depression, or have signs of depression. You can try talking to a councelor at your school, or a trusting adult or teacher. You can always go to your parents too. Hope all is well.

You're not too young to experience clinical depression. Talk to your school's counselor or some other trusted adult about getting you into therapy in order to get to the root of this depressioin and combat it.

Well Kid... you ain't seen nothing yet. There'll come a time when you'll wish you were as unhappy as you are right now. Good grief you're only 11! Wait until you've spent 50 years more. Learn to appreciate what you have.

Nothing is wrong with you. We all get depressed. It may be due to the environment we are in, or the people we surround ourselves among, it may be hormonal changes and sometimes we have no explaination for these feelings.

If this persists, please see your local general practitioner, who will prescribe you with medication if necessary.

Sounds like you're a normal kid. Emotional rollar coasters are a part of puberty and growing up. Just go with it. You'll be just fine.

I think that you might be suffering from something. It would be a good idea to tell an adult that you can trust.
