A spider = you could used black stockings stuffed for arms!
A credit card = put large card stuck on front and back with numbers across the front and have her carry some small shopping bags!

I remember when I was that age, my dad tied a handkerchief to a stick, burnt cork and rubbed it on my chin for a beard, and i wore a boy's shirt and pants - hobo. He also made me an anti-war (vietnam-era) protester costume one year - and hey, another senseless war is going on for your little girl's life, too!

I would say dress her up in a suit and tie and have her run for political office of your local area (it's a thought) Good luck :)

one year my mother dressed my sister and i up as dice. she took a cardboard box painted it white with black numbers, put leg and arm holes in it. we wore black sweats underneath.
