everyone thinks they're ugly sometimes, it's part of being human. but obsessing over it is really unhealthy. there's something in psychology called 'body dismorphic disorder', it's when a person sees themselves, or some part of themselves, as ugly and horrible, and the more they think about it, the worse it seems, until it destroys their self-esteem.
the truth is, it's not much different from having clinical depression (in fact, it's often part of it). you need to see a therapist about changing the pattern of your thoughts, and maybe get some mild anti-depressants to help lift you out of your gloom. it really does help! you'll feel better about yourself, and more, you'll be better armed to face other problems in the future.
you've got nothing to lose, and a whole world to gain!

I don't hate myself, but i do get where you're coming from.I dislike the way i look alot of times, there are so many things i wish i could change. But on good days i know i'm not to bad on the eyes.Have you tried talking to someone about it,crying won't fix it.For me crying is a slippery slope don't like going there.

When I'm on my period and I've gained ten pounds in water and my face has four of five really huge cystic zits and my skin is greasy...yeah I feel pretty grossed out by myself. But then the plague lifts. Maybe you've just got the womanly blues...

It sounds like you could be clinically depressed and potentially harm yourself. Talk to a counsellor/psychologist/psychiatrist - it could save your life - and make you a lot happier.

find a shrink or join some sort of a group therapy for self image before you become self destructive.
