My psychiatrist says I am chronically prejudice. I have a hard time being around white, asian, black, and hispanic people. At night I fantasize about wearing a white pointed sheet with two holes cut out for the eyes over my head. During the day I spit in my bosses coffee when he's not looking. I think I have repressed memories... I need help. Please, I don't really want to be this way. What should I do?

Your psychiatrist diagnose you as "chronically prejudice"? Interesting since prejudice is not a disease, but an environmental condition.
You may be prejudice, but what you do with that prejudice is up to you. In short, deal with your prejudices and find a different psychiatrist.

Realize that you are no better or no worse than anyone else.
You are like all others - whatever thought it is that makes you feel superior ( or it may actually come from feeling inferior ) is actually false, and you need to do what you can to recognize it and reject it.
You are God's creation like everyone else.

drop down on your knees and ask for forgiveness and don't repeat that behavior or any other bad behavior against anyone ,ask to have those feelings taken away aand believe it is done as soon as you say ut you are healed now thats called service
