Fears are because of the unknown or you are not normally in that kind of a thing. It is like being afraid of speaking in front of a group of people. If you keep doing it after time you will no longer fear it. After a while you get to know what you are doing and you just work your way through it.
So it is experience that overcomes fears.

Sometimes you can overcome fear through relaxation techniques. If your fear is "irrational" then you may be able to help overcome the fear through taking a deep breath and trying to relax your muscles. If you can actually get yourself to physically not react to the stressful situation, it can help you get mentally over the fear. Once you have overcome the fear several times, you may find that you are no longer afraid.

you dont.no one over comes a fear they just move past it
altho im i afriad of my fear i m not afriad to face it u dont have to stop being scared just think what the worst that could happen then wats the best plus t help to imagine ur self as somthing ur fear would be afraid of

get someone like a close friend or family member that will be understanding of your fear to face your fear with you. tell yourself it will be okay and you will get through whatever problem it is. if your doing it alone it wont be as bad hope it helps good luck
