Ummmmm... get an extra blanket? Wear more clothes to bed?
If you're trying to get the sheets warm, 'cause you hate that "cold sheet" feeling, lay on top of your covers for a few minutes and read. It'll warm the sheets up.

you can buy a new duvet, it will be very thick coz its new and will keep you toasty all winter
OR
you can buy an electric blanket which will heat up your bed at any temperature you want and you can keep it on all night and shouldn't get damaged.
