i am a disabled person and have many ideas for products for disabled people to have better independant lives how do i sell them

First for your own protection you need a poor man patent.Write down your ideas and put them in an envelope and mail it to your self.This will establish when and by whom the idea came from. You can shop for an patent company but they charge $$$ up front. If I were you I would send and idea to a company that you think would be interested. Give them a time limit say 30 days to respond or you will send it to some one else. Repeat the process till someone bites. Don't take a flat sum to sell them the idea outright. Take some upfront money and ask for a %of the Gross sales. This will give you a residual income and you would pay taxes biased on what you get for the year.If you take a lump sum you'll lose 1/2 to taxes.Good Luck
