the doctor prescibed constipation syrup, diosper and procotosedyl since he said that i had constipation, anal fissures, piles. The doctor said to see the outcome after one week. During the medication period of one week. I ate fruits and vegetables everyday, and passed motion, NO blood was in the stool. i didn't consume fruits and vegetables on two days, and when i passed motion today, there was blood. i am very scare now.

When stool is hard, it is harder for it to pass out of the rectum. With anal fissures, hemmorhoids, and diverticulitis, hard stool can irritate these and cause bleeding. Was the bleeding bright red, or dark red? If it was bright red, it was more than likely from the rectum (hemmorhoids, fissures) than from the colon. Talk with your doctor about taking a stool softener daily, such as Senokot or Colace. It may help with this.

Sounds like a diet thing to me - you were constipated, then you ate fruits and vegetables, then you didn't eat fruits and vegetables...

little blood -probably a hemorrhoid large amounts of blood possibly bright red or old and smells really bad, most likely a GI bleed and you should make your way to the nearest hospital
