Why do some people have bumps on their faces (not acne, not temporary)?

Those bumps are called millia... they're almost impossible to get rid of without a professional facial and peels and stuff. I have them... and I haven't found out how to get rid of them.

Well, if your like me, they probably will EVENTUALLY go away. I think it's just a weird stage that happens in puberty
