driving a car without contacts or glasses or any kind of corrective lenses. what is the penalty if a cop pulls someone over for a traffic stop? arrest? jail, if so how long? or just ticket? and how much?

None if you don't need them. For people that do need them, suspension of license, revocation of license, and a ticket.

If you have a restriction on your license that states you have to have corrective lenses and you are caught without them, you are going to be fined a minimal fee of $100 or so, but you can take defensive driving and get an insurance discount.

If you are suppose to wear them and don't you could be confined to a wheelchair and a bowel bag for life or worse than that sentencing another person to this. wear them and be safe friendly Texan.
