You don't cry blood I have cried for the last 6 months and my tears still coming . I don't look for pity or attention just answering your weird question . M.S Sucks

if you can no longer cry tears, you no longer are sad or you've xhausted the tear ducts and therefore can no longer have anything come out your eyes. that includes blood.

i think the question is why wouldnt you be able to cry anymore... what would happen to your body to make it stop producing tears... weird...
