this might sounds strange but the simplest cure is definitely the best...... simply hold your tummy muscles in tight all day every day.... at first it will seem an impossible task but as you get used to keeping your muscles in action it will become easier...

start by holding them in for a few minutes at a time then exend the time and frequency over a period of weeks until holding your tummy in is as natural as breathing

Try V-sets. You probably don't know what this is so I will explain it the best I can. Lay on the floor. Point your toes and fingers. Bring your legs and arms together at the same time. You should make a V. Then lower your arms and legs very slowly but don't touch the ground.( about an inch or two above the ground) Just repeat this. For me, these are super hard but when I was in gymnastics, we had to do lots and lots of these. Do as many as you can to begin with and just build up.

Also, like everyone else said, running will tone your tummy! Hope I have helped!

20 minutes of cardio, situps, and a healthy diet w/ small portions. Thats how I lost about 10 pounds a few years ago when i went on my first diet. and it works! just remember to keep it up, when u get to ur desired weight dont be lazy like me and stop everything. continue living a healthy lifestyle and you'll be fine!

Running does work. the good old sit ups too. drink lots of water flushes out the stomach and intestines. kickboxing worked for me. i did it on land for a while then tried it in the water. the water gave me added resistance and it was super fun too.:) good luck

It's all about cardio. You have to have your blood circulating properly for muscles to work at their best.
