Take a clean soft cloth and put a light amount of Witch Hazel (green alcohol) on your face. Let it air-dry then put Aloe lotion on your face very lightly. You don't want to put too much or it will clog your pores. Try to find a lotion that has a low amount of oils in the ingredients. The best lotion I have found is Aloe & Cucumber lotion...they sell it at Wal-greens or any pharmacy store. You should start to see results in a few days. If you feel dryness, apply light amounts of the lotion throughout the day, but don't over-do it. Good luck!

I have had trouble with acne all my life. I did the gamut of treatments facials, dermatologists, diet, creams and everything you can think of. Recently, a friend told me about her son having huge cysts and extremely bad acne. His foot doctor (her son had bad foot odor too, poor thing) prescribed the Mineral Supplement Zinc. Well he took it for a couple of weeks and his cysts and acne cleared up and so did his foot odor. I went right out and bought a bottle at the drug store (all natural is best) minimum 50mg, I'm telling you I couldn't believe after only two weeks my face was completely clear. My face has never been clearer. It was like a miracle,. I don't know if it works for everybody but it sure did it for me. I don't know why it worked, and I don't care. If you can't find natural Zinc in the drug store it should be available in a Natural Food store , it isn't very expensive either, I paid under $5.00 For a 100 tablets of 50 mg and only take one a day. Try it. Also, I try not to wear to much make up it tends to clog my pores. Good Luck

I struggled with acne for years and I finally found the solution that works for me. We have been fooled, tricked, deceived, and just plain lied to. It's time that someone put a stop to it, and everyone learn the truth!
Those of us who suffer from acne have usually been given 2 choices and neither of them work:
1. Over the counter remedies such as cleansers, creams, ointments, etc. These things have been proven over and over again not to work. Why? It does not address the root cause of the problem.
2. Go see a doctor and or dermatologist. They will generally prescribe prescription drugs which include topicals and or antibiotics. This, too, has been proven over and over again not to work. Why? It does not address the root cause of the problem.
I found a step-by-step program that cured my acne and it has never come back. It is amazing and doesn’t use any drugs or doctors. The truth is that acne can be cured…if we know the secret the doctors and drug companies don’t want us to know.
There is a great website: http://cure-my-acne.info/3daycure/ that has all the details. I really suggest you check it out and see if it works as well for you as it did for me.

Drink lots of fruit juices. Sleep early, avoid make-up. Most importantly, drink plenty of PLAIN water.
As for the fruit juices, you should get recipes from the internet and juice them yourself. Its not those regular type of fruit juices where you buy from the supermarket.. Always remember, drink/eat fruits AN HOUR before or after a meal..
You should use a brand of facial wash called "Clearasil" and use their pimple cream products, it works way better then the other products in the market currently.
If you drink the fruit juices everyday, you should see results in 3-4 weeks time. Remember, the fruit juice must be juiced by yourself and should consist of at least 2-3 DIFFERENT fruits per cup.
Good Luck!!
