Vidal care mousse I would recommend the 18 hour hold and spray with a lil hair spray and guaranteed to give your hair the wet look ...TRUST me it works it only took me 19 yrs to figure that one out but ill let you have in 30 sec.

When your hair is still wet from the shower, brush it, put a lot of hairspray in it, the scrunch it. Then add more hairspray and scrunch it more. Then add one more layer of hairspray. it will make your hair look shiny and wet!

There is a hair product made by ISOPLUS that would work well for that purpose. You can find it at any beauty supply store, and sometimes even at Wal-Mart....

It's the bomb! But, only buy from a salon or beauty supply, dont buy from a drugstore.
Or you can also go the "ethnic" hair area (black and/or african american) and buy some curl activator,,just don't use too much if you're white,, you'll end up with greasy hair:)
