We are not "at war with Iraq." Currently, we are merely assisting the Iraqi government in trying to protect their people from terrorists and violent branches of different Islamic sects competing for power.
N. Korea has been led by totalitarian, oppressive, communist leaders since the Korean War. Their people have actually lost a few inches in their average height over the last few decades, due to malnutrition. N. Korea is a backward, destitute country, in stark contrast to S. Korea, on the other side of the Demilitarized Zone that separates the two, which is a modern nation with a booming economy. The only difference between the two is their leadership: Communism in the North and free government in the South. A striking photo of the difference is here: http://d.yimg.com/us.yimg.com/p/rids/20061011/i/r2440237734.jpg
Instead of helping their people, the leaders of N. Korea have focused on maintaining their power and seeking to become a nuclear power.

Technically, we were NEVER at war with Iraq. Only Congress has the power to declare a war, and they did not. They gave Bush authority to use force to implement UN sanctions against Iraq (which he did even while the UN was telling him not to). He has now gone far, far beyond anything the UN sanctions required. In fact, we haven't found any proof that Saddam was not complying with UN sanctions except for selling oil illegally to UN countries like France and Germany.
As for North Korea, we never actually declared war on THEM either. It was a UN police action in which we participated, and it was resolved with a cease-fire agreement, not a formal surrender or cessation of hostilities. The war between North and South Korea has never been officially ended, there just hasn't been any major shooting since 1953.

Well, it's not so much a war as an occupation of Iraq. "War" implies that you are fighting another government. The Iraq... thing ceased to be a war as soon as Saddam Hussein's government was toppled. But yes, we are still over there fighting.
The North Korea thing is that North Korea is testing nuclear weapons, which is a big no-no. Nobody really wants there to be more nukes in the world, especially in Kim Jong-Il's hands. He really seems to have no compunction about selling his stuff to whoever wants it, and he's seriously nuts to boot. All in all, bad news. The UN has unanimously decided to impose sanctions on North Korea. Let's all hope this works.
