lemon juice may relieve some of the itching
dont scratch rather rub it with a smooth pebble ,Mexican Indian children taught me that ,this way you do not damage the skin .which only makes things worse.
some insect repellents have chemicals that relieve the itching

You can only hope to lessen the itching until they go away. There are several things that you can try like Benadryl (diphenhydramine) tabs or capsules which can make you sleepy, Calamine lotion which is messy, Aveeno which is a type of oatmeal bath which is temporary and steroid creams like hydrocortisone or stronger ones available by prescription which are the most effective and can be used on any bite or rash that itches.

well, the best thing to do is to not scratch them. you could put on some bug bite relief lotion to stop the itching, but there is no way to 'get rid' of them

Ignore them. That's usually the best policy.
OR, rub some calomine lotion on it. It's cool It's creamy It's pink!

During the summer i got really bad ones. my boyfriends mom suggested hemoroid cream. i'm totally serious! it takes the itch and the swelling away. :)

they start itching throw some rubbing alcohol on them, but also get that one pink lotion to heal them
