it's because you just burned a ton of calories. I am starving after a work out, big mac here i come. If you are trying to lose weight though, have some carrot sticks or a salad within an hour of exercising, it should help cure those hunger pangs.

Drink 1-2 glasses of plain water before, during and after exercises. It helps you 'forget' about the hunger. If you feel too hungry, just take a healthy snack before your main meal.
Banana is the best food before you start exercise. Try it!!
And be more discipline.

Yup Yup.

Your body is used to the food it had, and when you burned it off, it's all like "Ey yo! I'm hungry! Dose were alotta steps y'know! Howbout a sandwhich or somtin?"

wow, thats weird...cause my stomach tightens up after lifting and i can not eat a meal usually until an hour or 2 after

because your body wants those calories back that you just burnt off
