Technically, you can't MAKE him talk to you. Maybe you're coming on a little strong and he wants to take things slow. Maybe he's losing interest. Maybe he has a problem at the home front and he just can't talk about it yet. You might need to take a step back and read him a little more. If he acts like he needs space, give it to him, but let him know you'll be there if he needs anything. If you find out he's taking time with someone else, he's not worth it. But if he's just having a bad week, give him some time to just relax without worrying about what you need. He might just need some self time.

If you really want to have an effective conversation with him, try a new approach in communicating with him. Don't nag at him, don't be accusatory sometimes men are often quiet because they believe that silence is the best way to keep the peace in a relationship.
The best advice I can give is that you keep quiet and learn to listen to him and when he speaks think before you respond.....Don't try to change him...you must work on yourself and if you can do this....you won't get him to shut-up :)

Move on and find someone that will talk to you. Don't put up with being ignored.

Best thing, I think you should do, is to not talk to him, and don't give in and call, if he cares at all, he will miss you, and he will call you.

you can call him, if you can invite him over it will do the trick.
but he may not love you. and he is trying to get rid of you.
all in all nothing is better than being frank and bold . ask him eye to eye whether he loves you or not . then you will get your answer.
