I got a new chocolate lab springer mixed. what should I name it? it's a male. i thought of Bruno, brutis, homer or chase. he looks all choc. lab. what's a godd male name?

I can't name him jake becasue already had a dog named that and coco is my friends chihuahuas name!@ thinkof a masculine one. he's a real charmer, he is so mart and listens so well, he is very mellow.

Bruiser is a good one. Stinky is a good one. Just look at the dogs personality. I am sure you can find a name site out on line to study. I like Midas as a male dog name as well.

I like Bullet, but in the end the final decision is yours. I 'd actually give it a few days and see what his personality is like and then pick out a name that you think suits his personality.

Try and think of your first impression of the dog. What did you think??? My old Cat looked like the sphinx, so I named her Nefertiti (Egyptian queen), other cat was nutty and off the wall, we named her Phoebe, (from Friends) I also like ethnic names that suit a breed. Our Chihuahua is named Zita (Spanish for little rose). Have fun with it!

This is a HUGE decision. I just got myself an American Eskimo Miniature, and I named him Taz because he is such a sweetheart!.....BUt cross him and face JAWS! LOL!
So, really, it's just how the puppy acts. My name came to me within 5 days.
Some suggestions for you would be Titis, Dude, Tisen, and Buddy. It is really just up to you. Good Luck!
