* 2 oz. gin
* 1/2 oz. Benedictine
* collins glasses

* dash of grenadines
* cocktail toothpicks
* maraschino cherries
Steps
1. Put the gin, Benedictine, lemon juice, sour mix and grenadine in a shaker with cracked ice.
2. Shake five times.
3. Pour into a chilled collins glass.
4. Top off with club soda.
5. Pour brandy over the back of a spoon into the center.
6. Garnish with a flag.

* Spear a cherry to an orange or lemon wedge to make a flag.
* Mixed drinks contain alcohol, so use moderation.

1 1/2 ounce gin
1/2 ounce Cherry Heering brandy
1/4 ounce Cointreau
1/4 ounce Benedictine
4 ounces pineapple juice
1/2 ounce lime juice
1/3 ounce grenadine
dash bitters

Mix first three ingredients, pour into a tall glass, fill the rest with 7up and put a dash of cherry brandy on top.

Pour in a lot of liquor from singapore.. add some ice and shake well. Pour to taste. Good Luck ! :)
