I havent played in like 4 months and im just trying to reinstall it. When i try to it says im uninstalling it and when it tries to uninstall it has a error and crashes because the game isnt actually there. Any advice i can install it over it because the setup automatically uninstalls. I know i uninstalled it.

Ive looked through all the files and deleted all i could but i have no clue how to clear a cache and whats a good program for registry cleaning?

Have you tried to completely 100% delete the old folder off your HD? There still might be parts of it left, such as the remants of the past game, that is causing the error. Try deleting the folder, and if it still doesn't work, clear out your system cache.

You could also try running a registry cleaner to remove any old references to the game which were not removed when it was originally uninstalled.
