i have a real problem, i like this guy and we flirt and when i dont see him i miss him but he wont ask me out. So my question is how do i get him to ask me out?

Well you could always just ask him out yourself. If you are afraid of rejection...the next time the two of you are flirting- ask him out for coffee, or pie, to go to a game, or to catch a flick...all in casual conversation...no pressure and no dramatic reaction if he has other plans...Like you plan to be there even if he can't make it...and if he does have plans...take the rain check...it'll put the ball in his court and he'll either ask you out because he likes you - or he wont because he doesn't.

You should see how he feels about you. If he only views you as just friends move on. If he likes you then sometime we have to make the first step. Like teachers would always tell say the only stupid question is the one not asked. So instead of waiting on him to ask you ask him. If you are shy ask some of his closet friends.

I think keep this flirting thing going on for a while... coz I think it' s rather romantic, interesting and exciting. When you feel the right moment has come, just ask him out, or maybe he shall ask you himself. Let the flirt become quite strong first, then I' m sure the results will be positive. ;-))

Just flirt with him, talk to him more and start up a conversation, "accidently" bump into him every now and then, you know what to do!
