First of all, i'm sorry to tell you that feeling your boyfriend is taking you for granted is no excuse to cheat on him. If you feel like that, or if he made you feel like that, it's because he was already taking it serious and didn't think he needed to keep doing sappy stuff like sending you flowers or stuff. He thought you had already passed on to the next level. If he looks sad, it's because you broke his heart. Does he care about you? Yes, HE DOES. He may still be in love with you, and is having an internal conflict trying to convince himself not to love the person who broke his heart, but he just can't help himself. If you ever feel like that again with any person, make sure you talk it over with him before you go around and do stuff like that. It's just not cool. Talk to him, try to make him accept what happened, and if you care about him you'll help him out of this state. Try to be his FRIEND again, but just friends or you'll keep hurting him...

Yea everyone seems right on that one. Personally if you cheated on me I'd have NOTHING to do with you, because then all that love that was proclaimed is all a lie, trust is gone, and EVERYthanG. Yea reasons he looks n stuff is cause he wasn't ready for that, he still loved you, you ****** up and now he can't have it no more, and it hurts, that **** hurts, for a LONG time specially if he still has to see your face every now and then. That just sucks. I feel sorry for homeboy though, cause apparently you've ****** it up for all the other girls giving him a chance, cause i'm assuming he just broke up because he probably still hasn't got over you yet. I'd try to just stay away, and avoid being seen really, either that or be friendly and try to get him to move on or something. Maybe explain to him why you cheated (course there really IS no excuse for it) but at least he'll know why, so as not to make the same mistake again.

If I did not put a ring on her finger in the promise of engagement,
then yes I would still care about her, just as I would expect the same from her if I cheated on her. When going out there is no promise of faithfulness, unless you plan to marry.

He's sad because you ended the chance at having a good relationship based on trust when you cheated. If he took you for granted, then I guess he can't be surprise things happened as they did.

Yes I'd still care about her, but I'd be afraid of being hurt again. I'd want to be with someone who would address any problems in the relationship in a more constructive manner than cheating on me. I'm guessing he'd still like to be with you but doesn't see how it could work.

It would hurt really bad but I wouldn't want to be with her after I found out, because I wouldn't be able to trust her ever again.
