You need to check your BMI (Body Mass Index) to find out if you're overweight on that one. This is the only site I know of that offers it, but I'm sure there's more out there. Yes, I know, it's a depressing link, but it can help you.

Yeah, you are and especially as you are muscular too, I bet you have a relatively low body fat percentage. Don't worry if your thighs are big, it is actually considered healthy to carry the weight in your hips and thighs, as opposed to around your middle. HTH : )

yep, always remember that muscle weighs more than fat. And everyone is built differently. In fact, many small people are out of shape but were lucky enough to have genes that keep them slim. Race Paris Hilton in a mile run and I bet you'll whoop her scrawny a..
