If you answer this YES! then you will vote out all the republicans
this election, vote for independents not democrats unless there is
nothing else to do. These two parties are basically the same and
controlled by the money machine of lobbyist who will pay them off
now and give the lobbyist jobs later after they sell out our country.
First thing though is Bush Cheney must go.
No Clintons, no Jeb Bush's no Kerry's we need real people that
do not have a interest in keeping the people down for there corporate buddies to make hundreds of millions a year. Is Ken
Lay in Dubai?

You are ignoring political reality. In every presidential election 35-40% of votes cast are republicans, and an equal number are democrats. That doesn't change and ties up 70-80% of the votes. The elections are decided by the remaining 20-30%. An independent would not have the votes available to get elected. The only thing a strong third party candidate can do is hurt one of the two main party candidates. When Bush 41 ran against Clinton Ross Perot divided the conservative vote giving the White House to the Democrats. The last president we had who was neither Dem nor Rep was Andrew Johnson, a Whig, and he got impeached, avoiding losing office by one vote. We have reached the point where, at least to me, there is no one to vote for, just the one to vote against.

I feel your pain, Richard. As was said about the election between Jimmy Carter and Ronald Reagan, whoever wins, it will be the evil of two lessers.

D.C. is packed with people who have apparently totally forgotten that there is a nation beyond the Beltway and that people with only five-figure incomes have a claim to their loyalty, too.

My hope is that some group starts a moderate third party, wins six Senate seats and 20 House seats. That would be enough that any 'party-line' vote would go whichever way the moderates wanted it to. And I think it could be done, but it would need financial backing. It's hard to get people excited over moderation, though. Extremeism will get people to open their wallets.

LOL
YOur first line , is almost like a poem I wrote.

" Oh Let Me Be "
If you could hear what i hear
And see what i see.
You would enjoy to be rich just like me.
I take my time and go where i`ve never been.
Oh lord,. I know i`m gonna go there again
For some time.

Well, i don`t where i am gonna go tonight.
I don`t know if i wanna see a film on t v ,
Or if i want to go down to the local gym and
Watch a fight.

My time it is all up to me,
Because you see .
I am the chair man of the board of the company
I walk on down the street to get the daily paper.
To see if it will release all the tensions
From my mind.

Oh lord, let me be the chairman of the board of the company
So i can spend my time walking and talking to my friends.
Oh let me be ..
Oh let me be..
The chairman of the board of the company.
I am tired of being down on the ground on my knees.
I want to walk in a new pair of shoes.
Now as i look at my life and think..
Uuuummmm money.
I sure would like to have a lot.
Oh let me be the chairman of the board of the company
I am tired of being down on the ground on my knees.

That's the way Teddy Roosevelt lost one of his elections. Independents never win. It's either Democrat or Republican.

Personally I say we overthrow the government and start over. But until I figure out how to do that, Vote for Me.

AS YOUR PRESIDENT! I DO SOLEMLY PROMSE, TO NOT FCUK THIS COUNTRY UP ANY MORE!
