theres this guy that i like, and he likes me too...and people keep on asking me if we go out. the thing is, i TOLD him if we did go out, he'd be my 1st boyfriend, but he said " That's cool". i mean, we both give eachother hugs and stuff (no kissing) but we havn't been on a date yet, so does this mean we're 'going out' or no? cause im really confused...

How old are you again?? Don't rush into having boyfriends, trust me, you are not missing out on anything! Enjoy your time, I know they think it is cool, and it seems it is, but once you are in it, it is more complications than you would ever think of. And NO you are not "going out" until he asks you to... If he hasn't don't rush it. But DON'T throw yourself at him, please!

You both want to "go out" with eachother but you're both really shy about the whole thing. If youre in junior high- Yes, you're going out. If you're in high school- No, you're not going out.

you guys aren't currently going out. "going out" means at least one date and you haven't done that yet. but it sounds like you guys really like each other and should actually go out. find a special day, such as a b-day or just plain out ask him out. don't waste time thinking if you guys are going out when you can actually go out! good luck!

Unless he acutally confirmed it by asking you or saying something that indicated that you were going out, then probably no.
