I use Ester-C and it's the best stuff in the world for improving the tone, texture, etc of your skin. It's on ebay as Nature's "C" Cret by Ester-C and the owner of Nature's C Cret sells it for like 10 bucks.
Also, wash your face very well, morning and evening. Wash with a gentle facial cleanser and warm water, rinse with warm water and then with cold water. Pat dry, don't rub dry. Use a light moisturizer. Sally Beauty supply sells a vitamin C serum called Beyond Belief. It's very light, and doesn't weigh down your skin. If you add a little of the Nature's C Cret to it it's great.
Also, once or twice a week, exfoliate. After washing your face well, then wash it with a facial exfoliation cream. You can buy them at Walmart or just about anywhere. You don't need to spend a lot on this. It's a gritty cream. Gently rub it over your skin in circular motions for a couple of minutes, then gently rinse with warm water, then with cold. (warm opens the pours to cleanthem out, cold closes them up again to keep the dirt out). Pat dry, and moisturize.
Keep very regular about this, and the first time you wash and exfoliate you'll see a nice difference. After a week or two, you'l be glowing!
Good luck you soon to be stunning skin model you!! :0)

obviously make up will make your skin look differant,
but to get healthy skin you need to drink a lot of water and get a lot of fresh air. A/C is really draining on the skin so try to leave a window open instead.
gently massage your skin each day to get the circulation up and going this will do you wonders.
And why not treat your self to a facial they yusually work wonders.

How is your diet? Remember, your skin needs to be hydrated and nourished just like any other organ. I would suggest you commit to drinking six to eight glasses of water and to eating a ton of fruits, vegetables, and green leafy things every day for a month. Like most good things, it may take some time, but if you persist, you will begin to see dramatic changes in not only your skin, but your overall health as well.

Use a citrus body wash, try something gritty to exfoliate and shed dead skin cells. As for your face, use toner after washing each morning as that will freshen and brighten your skin and tighten your pores. Also, for your body, invest in some body butter, it gives your skin a healthy shine and keeps it moisturized all day!

Drink lots of fruit juices. Sleep early, Most importantly, drink plenty of PLAIN water.
As for the fruit juices, you should get recipes from the internet and juice them yourself. Its not those regular type of fruit juices where you buy from the supermarket.. Always remember, drink/eat fruits AN HOUR before or after a meal..
If you drink the fruit juices everyday, you should see results in 3-4 weeks time. Remember, the fruit juice must be juiced by yourself and should consist of at least 2-3 DIFFERENT fruits per cup.
Good Luck!!

There are a lot of wonderful smells, but one of the most romantic times of my life was spent under the fresh bloomed Magnolias on the University campus in Athens, Georgia. Love and Magnolias in spring, as close to perfection as it gets.

I would suggest essential oils they are supposed to take off all the pollution from the air that we put our selves in everyday. It is also all natural and just leaves your skin kind of shiny. I love the way it makes my skin look and feel.
