Dehydration is the #1 answer, of course the cause is what would concern me. Are the stools bright red, or dark and coffee ground like? Been playing near any sandboxes or eating dirt? Have a history of an ulcer? Currently under unusual stress? Two weeks is too long...see a doc.

Problems with the organs in the abdominal region i.e. the digestive system, liver, gall bladder, pancreas, appendix and kidney could be the main reasons for a bad stomach ache. Gastroenteritis can give you a severe stomach ache, while stomach pain from cancer may only be mild. I found a lot of great information on causes of stomach pain and its treatment at http://tinyurl.com/l9k9x

Two weeks is way too long for stomach pain and diarrhea to last.
You need to see a doctor. You could very well have Crohn's disease or colitis. Both are serious health problems.
