ok im 13 years old and built thick i weigh alot a whole 145 pounds but most is muscul sence i ride horses but i have love handles and alot of fat by my waist so how can i loose this FAT fast??? plz help i hate having little roles and being embarased in a bikkini. im also always called fat at school and hate it even though im not that fat i just want to have a nice stomack ..yes i now i weigh alot.

Anyway. Woman are generally designed to retain more fat then men. But then again, your 13. You're too young to worry about that stuff. Just wait until your growth spurt. You'll be skinny.

Well first of all you have to think about it if you say it's mostly muscle then your gonna weigh more (muscle weighs more than fat) And yeah there is prolly extra skin around your stomch BECAUSE your body is designed that way! (so u can have kids!)So if it's mostly just muscle you don't need to loose any weight. Yeah I know I have the same kinda problem! (being a gymnast and all!) But if you want to loose SOME weight I would suggest exercise more and eat less. I'm sure there are some web sites that you can design a plan for you!

There's no quick fix to losing weight, unfortunately. You have to eat right and excersize. Aerobic activity will help burn fat, and crunches will help tone up your mid-section. For the love handles, do side to side crunches. They tragte the obliques, the muscles on the sides of your abdomen. Models and celebrity aren't naturally perfect. they have to work at it, as we all do. Developing these habits at your young age will be easier than if you wait until you get older. Think of it as a lifestyle change, not a diet.

I gave up soda and now I'm like a stick. That's how I got my boyfriend!!! If you like soda then cut back on second helpings or play a sport like soccer.
