Many people who have such experiences believe that it isn't useful to describe them. Experiences come and go, and getting attached to them prevents a person from being present in the moment.
If the trance is being used for a specific purpose, it can be damaging to that purpose to speak about the process.
Focusing on unusual experiences can distract a person from doing the more useful (but less glamorous) work of living fully in each moment. If no one offered a description of their experience to you, perhaps it's not useful for you to have a description now.

Are you thinking that you might be in a trance? Or are you asking if anyone on yahoo has been in one? I consider myself an airhead, does that qualify; I feel like I am in a trance most of the time.

i think most ppl have been taught this type of thing is "evil" due to various religions. i don't know anything about it. if you do and it works for you and brings you and the world positivity then kudos

What would I have to day about it? I've never had one, never knew anyone that did and I don't believe it in the first place.
