Alright so my bf and i have been dating for almost 2 1/2 years and just today he started saying that he doesn't want to get married. I'm definilty the marrying type and previously we already talked about getting married and all of a sudden he has changed his mind. I really don't know what to think

guy was probably having a good time & sorry to say you provided a timepass for him. since you two are treading different roads
better to separate.
he is also a liar as first he agrees towhat you're saying & then deflects away from his statement.
another thing can be that your BF is unstable & changes his mind often
(cannot stick to his word, thus definitely cannot be a good husband)
