Make the things you are trying to remember meaningful in some way.

Rehearse it all the time.

If its stuff to do with school/college, ask yourself questions about the material and answer them.

whilst i become a toddler turning out to be up in Tennessee on television Roy Rogers could be on one Saturday and Gene Autry could be on the subsequent. I enjoyed Gene, yet I continually hated the weeks Roy wasn't on.
