It varies between boys and girls, afraid I cant tell by your question, so I will give the range that most BMI (body mass indexes) go by, though I dont personally agree with them, and I feel that there is no standard for a single person to be.... but here it is anyways....
Male: 125lbs to 170lbs
Female: 120lbs to 175lbs
But some people are under that weight and are fine and some people can be over that weight and be fine. So really who is to say. Health is not measured by weight. While it can give a hint to bad eating habits and unhealthy behavior it is only a hint, it is not the truth. For example some very fit people (most athletes) are not in what is considered to be the healthy BMI index. As I dont know what you are using this data for, I cannot provide you with better information on what it means to you.

that really depends on your muscle mass. If you are not very muscular, I would say about 160 should be your target, if you are on the muscular side i would say about 180-190. I am about 6'0 and at 14 I weighed about 180, then I hit the gym around 15 years old and went up to about 195. I never considered myself or had anyone else ever consider me fat.

HOLY CRAP! 14 and 6 feet tall? MAN!
Anyway. It should be about 140. But I would do a search for a BMI
(Body Mass index). That's the only way you can be sure.

You shouldnt weigh more then 140 lbs. Especially at 14, if you weigh more and its mostly fat, that can lead to obesity, no matter what your body frame is. Plenty of 6 foot people are big people.

Between 135lb and 185lb is fine for your height and age. For a large frame, probably between 165lb and 185lb. HTH : )
