im jealous when my friends have friends and they talk to them on the phone or the computer but i am jealous when i see a girl or some one i know is talking to my crush or my ex's any one know why that is!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!

You are jealous because you feel if your friends are talking to other friends they might start to hang out with them and forget about you. The whole getting jealous if another girl is talking to crush thats natural, because you like this guy so your going to be jealous and afraid all at the same time. You want this guy, but another girl is talking to him and you feel as if she is moving in on your territory. The reason you feel jealous of another girl talking to one of your ex's is because, you was with them and you can't help but to think about that other girl taking the place that you had. Jealousy is often a symptom of insecurity. You can beat it if you work on feeling really good about yourself (you know... that "comfortable in your own skin" -concept -- it really works). Know that it's natural, normal and really okay to feel jealous, but just don't let it consume you (counteract it with feeling great about who you are!).

because you love the person so much and that person possess something that is not in you. also, you experienced in your childhood years this type of jealousy and it persists until now. you did not resolve that conflict and its very hard to change such feelings but you can use other techniques such as diversion of activities.

you have problems,i knew this one girl and i was talking to this boy that she likes,and then after that she keep on looking at me like she was stupid or whatever,but after that she had started to talk stuff about me and ..............oh my god,I should of beat her up when I had the chance,she is just mad because my friend went out with him.
