Well, whole milk is made by a cow to get her calf to gain hundreds of pounds in a couple of years. What effect do you think that has on a human, who shouldn't drink cow milk at all, especially past the age of weaning?

If you drink enough of it. Whole milk is milk that hardly has any fat removed from it, like a step below cream.

No it's the cheeseburgers and fries that do. I've been drinking whole milk all my life and I'm still quite skinny.

I don't think so. But, if you're concerned about fat content, drink 2%. That's what I drink.
