go out your back door, take 3 short steps to your right, now spin around 5 times and then immediately take 2 jumps backward. if you are still on your feet, look to your right. you should see a tree about 20 paces in front of you. run quick and on other side you should see pixies. but don't try to touch them, you will only make them disappear. now this is where the two butterflies come in handy. i did tell you about the butterflies didn't i?? let them go above the pixies heads and they will be so distracted that you can then reach down and take your sleep back. now, backing up a bit, if when you jumped backward you fell down, then you have to quickly get up, repeat the phrase "i am an apple dumpling" 5 times, spin to your left twice and then jump forward 3 times, reach down and grab your right foot, hop 2 times and then go to the nearest large rock or stone. pick this rock/stone up and raise directly above your head. count to three and drop. you will then find your sleep and you wont need the butterflies afterall. i did tell you about the butterflies didnt i?

When you go to sleep say loudly pixies be gone 3 times and close your eyes.... sweet dreams! If this doesnt work go see your doctor and tell him all about it.

First find something else they might like to steal, next set a bunch of traps. When you catch one, torture the information out of it. Pixies don't fall under the Geneva convention's mandates regarding torture.
