You could drink protein shakes with every meal. This is not unhealthy because you are getting all the nutrients you need. But it is like eating 2 meals at a time! GOOD LUCK! Oh...and peanut butter will help you gain weight!

Why would you want to gain weight your BMI is 19.4 (body mass index) which is the new way to look at weight and health... that is wonderful, almost perfect. Trust me I have been overweight all my life. Do not disturb this marvelous weight you now possess.

why do you want to "gang" weight?
instead of eatting a lot more food than you currently do; just eat around 500 more calories. eventually you'll gain more weight.
