Im incorporated in VT (LLC) and have moved to Florida. Now do I have to pay for tax on business earnings in FL or VT ? Or can I avoid paying state tax (just pay IRS) since FL has not tax..

If the business isregistered in VT, you'll still have to pay VT income tax. Vermont won't miss the possiblity of collecting taxes. They like to take as much as they can possibly get from us.

I agree with the previous answer, you still have to pay tax in VT this year. However, there is still time for you to close the business registration in VT and register it in FL for the coming year.

Best wishes.
