If you've got pudge there, you'll need to lose that to show off your abs. Diet and general exercise are the only way to go with that.
Now, to get the abs: I was told to do a few sets of crunches a few times a week while holding a weightlifting plate behind my head. It really works, if you have access to them. You can increase the weight as your abs get stronger, and you don't have to do ten million crunches! Brilliant!

well the way i get abs without using any equipment at all is by doing crunches, and sit ups, and running, you can also do an excercise called crisscross: 1. lie faceup with knees bent and toes pointed, feet off the ground 2. exhale as you pull your abs in and up, raise head and shoulders off the ground and extend left leg out 45 degrees from the ground, inhale as you draw your right knee toward your chest 3. lift shoulder blades off the ground and grasp knee with left hand, exhale as u extend right arm behind you and look to the right 4. slowly switch sides and inhale drawing left knee in and exhale as you extend right leg and left arm do 10 reps on each side
works abs especially obliques

CRUNCHES
You lay on the floor as if you are doing a sit-up. Crunches are like sit-ups except that you have nobody to hold your feet down so you you lift your feet and move them to your butt (knees bend) at the same time that you lift your head and back. You move your head and feet AT THE SAME TIME. Add some variety by turning to your left and right sides.
Exercises like those used on Billy Blank's Taebo workouts are good too. Amazon has some tapes/ cd's for a good price.

Lots of cardio. You can run without special equipment. All of the crunches in the world won't give you nice abs if they're covered in flab. Good luck!

If you have stubborn belly fat, the only way you can reduce your fat is by doing aerobic exercises. During activities like swimming, rowing and walking, enough oxygen is supplied to the body to burn fat. Fat is burned from all over the body, including the stomach. i hvae a six packs abs, and from my experience, just do 75 crunches, and 3 minutes leg raises a day
leg raises is when you lie on the ground, and you just move your leg 6 inches up into the air and just hold it there for 3 minutes

do pilates. it's simple, and you only need yourself and the floor. you could go to a class for it, or check out www.winsorpilates.com - where you can order a dvd with a workout, and other stuff too.

Crunches, leg raises, twists. Check out bodybuilding.com~ they'll give you dozens.
Diet is much more important though. Because if you are fat, you can still have abs, but they wont show.
