any advice ? should i just move on? I know alot of people either call back or answer their phones right? U sually people call back within a day right?

Maybe is that she is very busy. Or maybe her cell phone suck with reception. Are you like calling her like every 5 minutes.... that would annoy anyone either bf or gf. How long have you known her? When do you actually see her? There are many questions that you have not asked.
But if you known her for a while, then maybe she feeling like a caged bird, and you are constantly calling her. Yet, if you you only call her once or twice a day that is ok reason for you to really think on your situation... maybe like moving on.
If you just started this relationship, maybe you need to slow down. Let her call you. If you call her constantly it will kill the mood of her own emotions. Or if you call her once in awhile, then maybe she is busy, has her own life, yet maybe she does not want to be constantly talking to you or she just doesn't care.
Its hard to answer your question, we need more details.

I don't usually answer my phone but I would call back within a day or so. Life is too short for flakes, move on

well does she use her cell phone a lot? do you see her with it a ton? If yes than i would move on but if you dont, dont. I have a cell phone and never use it because its too big to put in my pocket and i dont want to just carry it. Also i dont know how to check my voicemail on my cell so yea.. She could be the same way. I would just ask her in person, good luck!

Well, either she has horrible reception, is nervous about talking to you, or she lied and just told you that to be nice. Call her once more, leave a message, tell her what you want, and leave your number. After that, if she calls you back, then that's great, and if she doesn't, oh well. You've done more than enough I think.

Its a game she likes you dont worry if she didnt you wouldnt have got her number just give it a couple days she'll call and youll go on from there

She's just not that into you. You should move on. If she was interested, she'd be answering your calls--and/or calling you back and responding to your messages.

cannot imagine would go to all the trouble of making it known is desirous to be with you and then will not answer the phone .... are you sure of the number?
if nothing else, confirm her number and go from there ..... easy to be brave from afar - harder to be real up close
