Good virgins can be hard to find these days. As for a good phone I would check out review pages, I know the RAZR, Pebl, and that sony-walkman-phone one (it's usualy orange) have been rated quite well.

Best Buy is a good place to buy a virgin mobile phone,they got em for all prices,the cheapest is the camera phone for 10 dollars,the on i'm getting is 50 dollars and it has Vcast.
