Theres this girl at my school i really like i asked her out but i didnt know that she was going out with some one else so she said she couldnt the guy she was going out with got mad started a fight with me i beat the Sh!t out of him now everytime i saw her she would smile and wave to me but she just asked out my best friend and he said yes i herd him say he doesnt think she really likes him and shes gonna break up with him what do i do if that happens do i ask her out again

Well its all depends. If your best friend really liked her then no that wouldnt be right. If he did really like her, then wait awhile till he knows that he's over her then ask if hes ok with you asking her out. Your other option can be that if he never really did like her then as kif it would be ok if you asked her out. It all depends on your friends feelings for the girl.
Believe me, I went out with my best friend's ex a few days after they broke up and she still had alot of feelings for him. It screwed alot of things up for me and my friend.

She sounds like trouble to me. She likes to see her boyfriend fight for her....stay away from her, you can do much better.

i would,but i would make sure its ok w/ best friend when the do break up,cause idk how it is w/ guys but with girls,they say about u behind your back when go out with their ex-bf:two-faced !@#&*es
