Yes it is very necessary to chew your food properly. Even if it is a thing like soup you should chew it. Chewing releases saliva, and saliva has necessary enzymes to start breaking down food. Your stomach also uses those same enzymes in your saliva through the whole digestion process. So yes chewing your food 20-30 times is the best way.

It will digest more efficiently but if you have lots of stomach acid & don't mind if it sits there a long time, then just skip the chewing.

Nope, cause then you lose all the flavor! Besides if you keep chewing and chewing and chewing, then youll probrably end up with food stuck in your teeth, now thats really attractive!

I don't, and when I look in the crapper I don't see any chunks, so it must be digesting just fine. Also I have a difficult ime keeping from getting fat. So what is the problem.

yes or you could choke...the smaller the food the less of a chance you will choke and the quicker and easier it is for your stomach to digest and your body to absorb the nutrients.

yes...food does not digest the way it needs to if it's not chewed until it's mostly dissolved. you also may become constipated.
